A Car Finally!

Well, I have some big news, today! I finally got a car. That’s right, now I can go wherever I want, whenever I want. My parents realized that I’d need one to drive to work, since I’ll be working at a resort a few miles out of town once the school year is over. My uncle sold it to them. He’s only 28, and he got it when he was my age, so it’s ten years old now.

It’s a Camry, which isn’t the sexiest, but it handles well and it’s in good shape. It also has a lot of Toyota accessories that my uncle installed himself over the years. He’s a mechanic. He said you can get genuine Toyota parts straight off the Internet pretty easy. I mean, it’s pretty cool looking, for an old Toyota and stuff. The main thing is it’ll get me from point A to point B. Plus it has a spoiler and a cool grill and a turbocharger, which my uncle says will make it run smoother and faster and more efficient. Maybe when I start working and save up some money I’ll order some Toyota parts myself. My uncle said he’d help me install them if I wanted to, which sounds pretty fun.
